How the Training Program Works

A six-step process that takes participants from zero experience to active earning within months of enrollment.

STEP 01
Enrollment and Skill Assessment
Participants enroll through the district-level program office or online. A short assessment identifies existing knowledge and matches each participant to the most suitable skill track for their background and goals.
STEP 02
Professional Skills Training
Structured training delivered by industry practitioners covers foundational theory and hands-on practical sessions using real tools, real briefs, and real client scenarios throughout the entire program.
STEP 03
Mentorship From Industry Practitioners
Each participant is assigned an active working professional as mentor who reviews portfolio work, provides feedback, and guides them on approaching clients in their chosen skill area throughout the program.
STEP 04
Practical Project-Based Learning
Before completing the program every participant delivers at least two real-world quality projects that go directly into their portfolio, reviewed by mentors and ready to show clients from day one of freelancing.
STEP 05
Freelancing Platform Setup and First Order
Guided setup of Fiverr, Upwork, and Freelancer.com profiles including gig writing and proposal strategy. The goal is the first paid order before the program formally closes, not after it ends.
STEP 06
Alumni Community and Ongoing Support
Graduates join the TalentTEK alumni network for continued access to mentors, advanced skill workshops, and a peer community of active Bangladeshi freelancers. Real support begins at graduation, not ends there.
Project scope

Nationwide Coverage. No Location Barrier.

This is not a Dhaka-only program. The Learning and Earning Development Project is active in every district across Bangladesh so youth in Sylhet, Rangpur, Barisal, Khulna, Rajshahi, and the Chittagong Hill Tracts have exactly the same access to training and earning opportunities as those in major cities.

Training is delivered through district-level centers with remote mentoring support, meaning participants do not need to relocate or commute long distances to access professional-grade instruction.

Why TalentTEK

The Right Partner to Deliver Real Outcomes.

Most training programs produce certificates. This one produces income. TalentTEK's delivery model is built around one goal: getting participants to their first earning milestone as quickly as the quality of their work allows. Every curriculum decision, mentor selection, and support structure is designed with that outcome in mind.

Bangladesh is the second-largest freelancing workforce globally with over 650,000 active freelancers contributing more than $500 million in foreign exchange annually. TalentTEK's program is built to add to that number in a structured and sustainable way.

TalentTEK training delivery and mentorship program
Industry-Relevant Curriculum
Every course is designed around what global clients are actively buying on Fiverr, Upwork, and Freelancer.com. The curriculum is reviewed regularly so it stays aligned with market demand and platform changes.
Mentors Who Actually Work
TalentTEK assigns only active working professionals as mentors. People who are currently earning from the same platforms and skills they are teaching, not former practitioners or academic instructors.
Freelancing Setup Is Part of the Course
Setting up a profile, writing a winning gig, and sending the first proposal are taught as practical sessions. Participants leave with fully active profiles and a strategy, not just skills with nowhere to apply them.
Continued Support After Graduation
The TalentTEK alumni community gives graduates access to continued mentoring, advanced workshops, and a network of active Bangladeshi freelancers. When graduates hit problems, they have real people to turn to.
