Empowering 40,000 Youths
Through Professional
Digital Skills Training.
TalentTEK is the delivery partner behind Bangladesh's Learning and Earning Development Project — a national initiative training young Bangladeshis in high-demand digital skills so they can earn independently, contribute to the national economy, and build lasting careers from anywhere in the country.
A Government-Backed Program to Build Bangladesh's Digital Workforce.
The Learning and Earning Development Project is a national initiative aligned with the Bangladesh government's commitment to creating skilled human resources and promoting self-employment among young people. The project identifies unemployed and underemployed youth across all 64 districts and provides professional training in high-demand digital skills that connect directly to global freelancing markets.
TalentTEK serves as the training and delivery partner for this initiative, providing structured curriculum, industry mentors, hands-on project work, and freelancing setup support that turns participants into earning professionals within months of completing training.
Five Professional Skills.
One Life-Changing Opportunity.
Every course is built around what global clients are actively hiring for. You learn the skill, build a portfolio, and start earning before the course ends.
How the Training Program Works
A six-step process that takes participants from zero experience to active earning within months of enrollment.
Nationwide Coverage. No Location Barrier.
This is not a Dhaka-only program. The Learning and Earning Development Project is active in every district across Bangladesh so youth in Sylhet, Rangpur, Barisal, Khulna, Rajshahi, and the Chittagong Hill Tracts have exactly the same access to training and earning opportunities as those in major cities.
Training is delivered through district-level centers with remote mentoring support, meaning participants do not need to relocate or commute long distances to access professional-grade instruction.
The Right Partner to Deliver Real Outcomes.
Most training programs produce certificates. This one produces income. TalentTEK's delivery model is built around one goal: getting participants to their first earning milestone as quickly as the quality of their work allows. Every curriculum decision, mentor selection, and support structure is designed with that outcome in mind.
Bangladesh is the second-largest freelancing workforce globally with over 650,000 active freelancers contributing more than $500 million in foreign exchange annually. TalentTEK's program is built to add to that number in a structured and sustainable way.
