TalentTEK was founded by a team of enterprise technology practitioners who had spent years inside large consulting engagements watching the same patterns repeat. Programs that started with strong proposals and detailed roadmaps would lose momentum six months in. Delivery teams would rotate. Accountability would diffuse. The client would end up holding an incomplete system and a final invoice.

We built TalentTEK around a different model. Smaller, dedicated delivery teams. Named project leads who own outcomes across the full engagement lifecycle. A governance framework that applies consistently across every client, every service, and every industry we work in. The goal was simple: build the consulting firm we had always wanted to hire.

Twelve years and two hundred enterprise engagements later, that model is the reason our client retention rate sits at 95 percent and our on-time delivery rate has held above 98 percent across every year of operation.
